Instructional Designer

ALPHA MARITIME TRAINING CENTER, the Training center of ALPHA BULKERS, PANTHEON TANKERS and ALPHA GAS seeks an Instructional designer.

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our team for a 12-month contract. You will play a key role in designing and developing effective learning experiences, while assisting with the administration of training activities.

Qualifications required

• Degree in a related discipline (e.g. Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, UX Design).
• Previous experience in instructional design and e-learning development will be an asset.
• Proficiency in e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia)
• Knowledge of User Experience (UX) principles, with familiarity in UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
• Excellent English skills.
