Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a Junior Test Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary

As a Junior Test Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality software delivery by transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering process. He/She will contribute to developing predictive and intelligent testing approaches using automation and innovative tools to enhance accuracy, control, and integrity in software testing.

Responsibilities

• Implement continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering processes to enhance testing workflows.
• Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.
• Leverage quality processes, tools, and methodologies to improve control, accuracy, and integrity in testing.
• Develop and evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches to align with modern software engineering practices.
• Utilize automation frameworks and innovative testing solutions to streamline and optimize testing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• Master’s degree in one of the above fields will be considered an asset.
• 0-2 years of related experience.
• Basic understanding of software development and testing principles.
• Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) is a plus.
• Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)
• Exposure to automation testing concepts and tools is advantageous.
• Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
