Volume Recruiter (Polish & English Speaking)

Location: Athens, Greece
Job Type: Full-Time

Join our Growing In-House Recruitment Team in Athens!

Are you a passionate recruiter with a track record in high-volume hiring? Do you speak Polish and English fluently? We’re looking for an experienced Volume Recruiter to help scale our dynamic call centre operation in Athens — without relying on external agencies.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a multilingual team, contribute to business growth, and play a key role in hiring top frontline talent.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for roles such as sales representatives, Team Leaders, and other frontline positions
  • Source candidates through direct channels like job boards, social media, referrals, and campaigns
  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and candidate databases
  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and improve recruitment processes
  • Run localised campaigns to attract bilingual Polish/English-speaking talent
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience
  • Keep accurate records using internal applicant tracking tools
  • Track and report on key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness
  • Stay updated on local market trends and competitor activity

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally in an outbound sales call centre
  • Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken)
  • Skilled in sourcing, screening, and interviewing at scale
  • Comfortable using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media for recruitment
  • Strong organisational skills in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience recruiting without third-party agencies
  • Basic knowledge of Greek employment law is a plus
  • Must hold a valid EU passport (due to right-to-work requirements in Greece)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience organising recruitment events or virtual hiring campaigns
  • Knowledge of employment practices in Greece or similar EU jurisdictions

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives
  • Friendly, international team and a supportive culture
  • Hands-on role with real impact and opportunity to shape recruitment strategy
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
  • 1-month company-provided accommodation for successful candidates relocating from outside Greece
